Very good engineering colleagues to work with. Across regions and business units too actually.
Cons
Moving up the ladder is difficult if you are not german. Employees from certain nations are treated purely as workforce and dont get promoted despite very good work.HR is a roadblock to hire good candidates to advance tech growth in the US.
