      Employees, great team, diversity, professional career growth options, flexibility for WFH.

      Draw back is the pay and bonus: Pay structure: Big difference between internal ZF branches (Farmington, Washington, Auburn hills, Livonia)- Livonia being the lowest. Bonus (3%-5%)- Lowest of all the Tier1's compared Parental leave: Need to reinstate

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
