Pros
ZF TRW is a big automotive company, where you can act internationally. There are always some new projects, where you can learn to deal with different OEMs.
Cons
-This is the place where manegers are managers, because they want to be there. And not because they fit there. -The management doesn't really promote trainings or personal development. So you have to live from what you had before. -The compony doesn't invest for tools and equipment. So as an engineer you have to suffer with outdated stuff and with Do it Yourself solutions.
