      The company culture overall is pretty great. The work-life balance is well managed. Depending on the group, it can be fast paced with a lot of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Top-down system and very slow moving, with the little visibility on decisions made by upper management.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
