The leadership (who assume they are leaders) were lost in 2000 era of technology jargon.No value add.
Too much politics and just talking....all showoff.No brand visibility.
First the management should hire leaders from good products companies.
Many senior folks are been hired from service companies and they stay with the same attitude till they retire.
And people from Germany doesnot care much about this center.
Just choose this company as last option folks... Especially 10 plus years aspiring engineering geeks.
