      Only high salary which they have to pay because of bad culture that exist in system.

      No work life balance No process and systematic approach No thinking and blind chase Follow favouritism Sick HR and Management Non empathetic Inability of top managers to articulate company goals to executable goals

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
