      Pros

      That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The US President truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at ZIM is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do.

      Would like to see more women senior leaders!

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
