      Competitive Benefit package Working to boost morale by offering Sales contest with top notch prizes (Trips to Europe, Caribbean Cruises and trips to Grand Canyon) and quarterly bonuses better than average vacation and sick time package

      Cons

      Too many manual processes, and following the trend of moving Customer Service to a back office function overseas.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
