      convenient place to work if you have a family. good social benefits and cheap lunch.

      Cons

      people in the company more than 10 years with exceptional knowledge are not relevant anymore. knowledge in shipment is now a disadvantage. new employees have higher salary and better conditions so they are happier.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
