      good location , positive environment, interesting and challenge work.

      Cons

      the salary is very low. and is not benefits. only managers have good salary and good cars and parking. the employ that working very long time (25+ years) is not appreciate at all. only the new employees are value for the managers. their is a lot of spending money for unnecessary recruitments and a lot of supervisor workers.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
