      Pros

      Personal touch is one of the company vision, as well as togetherness and motivation. Surely working in shipping is challenging but Zim always find a way to overcome difficulties.

      Cons

      IT need to be improved. We just recently start to invest in digitization and the path ahead is long.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
