      * Varierty task range not make you a single task clerk * Excellent working culture where you can call your direct/indirect manager to ask for advise. * Global company with a non-corporate culture

      Cons

      * Small variety of port connections to/from North Europe make it a minor player in region * Not many opportunities for business travel

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
