      Zim treat all her employs as a member , all for one target … success For me Zim is a warm home during all those years and I do appreciate it very much . 32 years in the company and durring all those years I’m Proud to be part of Zim Family

      Cons

      All the beneficial issues such as children’s education assistance as well as working serenading areas , lunch possibility ETC is a part of the huge differences from other working places

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
