      - ZIM recognizes your capabilities, and will invest to develop you if you have the potential - Culture in ZIM is very open; colleagues from different departments are willing to share their knowledge, management is open to advice and suggestions from colleagues - The industry is dynamic and business environment is ever-involving, ZIM is agile and responsive to the changes and every day is a new challenge

      Cons

      - ZIM is not equipped so well with first class IT systems, although there is some new IT projects going on to upgrade the systems, still there will be manual work involved which increases employee workload - Industry wise, market environment is challenging, overall supply still over demand, market margin is not high

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
