Upon graduation as an intern, if the department you work in is full, you won't get hired to work full time in it and will have to transfer to a different one to stay with the company. The Intern program contract says it lasts until you graduate but Zim can terminate your position at their discretion. Full-time workers are obligated to work 45 hours a week (salary position) and won't be paid for overtime.
