      Pros

      Fast dynamic environment, great training and constant learning. Opportunities to grow within the company if you put the effort and interest. Beautiful and modern office and equipment.

      Cons

      Some people limit to do the bare minimum and get away with it, while others who work hard are isolated and not recognized as they should. If you are friends with management, you get privileges that not everyone gets.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
