      Pros

      Zim is a big family. The work environment is pleasant, with respect and cordiality. All colleagues help and cooperate with each other internally. It's no wonder it was awarded as a great place to work. The investment that the headquarters has been making in Latin America encourages us to be better every day.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
