      Excellent pay and benefits Friendly environment Strong attention to employee development Work/Life balance

      Cons

      A little chaotic at times as very few managers check calendar availability when scheduling meetings and it is not uncommon for managers to interrupt someone else's meeting to get an immediate answer to something for themselves.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
