Pros
good products, Market leader in the field.
Cons
My experience within the R&D has been extremely challenging. I saw the negative reviews about management, but I assumed they were exaggerated. They weren’t. The former engineer’s review was accurate down to the smallest detail. The R&D leadership in PAW behavior created a culture of confusion and distrust. He operated behind the scenes, withholding information, playing politics, and keeping people off balance. It didn’t take long for the entire team to see through it. Eventually, I had to push back and refuse to be a source for his voluminous information asymmetry diet he so wants to play. He didn’t handle that well. Most days, it looked like he spent more time blocking off his calendar, acting busy, and maneuvering strategically than actually leading or supporting the team. The broader culture is just as concerning. I’ve personally seen people walk out of the building out of sheer frustration. Those aren’t isolated events—they’re symptoms of a deeper, long-standing problem that senior leadership in Chelmsford has ignored.
