Pros
Lifevest sales force going at 1000 mph, managment and support, not so much. If it weren't for LifeVest technology, nobody would stay.
Cons
Has become very much a churn and burn environment for sales staff. Something on the order of 40-50% sales turnover last year. Internal customer facing positions come from temp labor. New sales management team mostly from outside company.
