In my 6 years at Zoll I realized most areas appear to be micromanaged by people that don't understand the actual job requirements and a large majority of the superiors don't take employee feedback into consideration. Communication and support is a huge issue between management and employee. What little feedback or concerns they are willing to listen to is rarely followed up with. Promoting within is extremely rare for management positions, and no development or guidance for growth and opportunity.
