Great Pay. Coworkers are supportive
Cons
Your best is NEVER good enough. There is constant micromanaging. A relatively simple position has been made more difficult with the micromanaging. A lack of respect for employees and their talents. There is no work-life balance to get a day off you need to explain away. NO flex time even though there is supposed to be. The process to try and move to another position is difficult as before you even apply you have to have your boss and managers permission.
