Pros
Good pay & perks. Amazing products, great back story. Opportunity to learn.....
Cons
.....but not to grow. Employees are pigeonholed. I've observed excellent employees with awesome track records be sidelined for new blood. Old guard management, old way always the best way. Communications are abysmal, phone calls & emails are returned, on average, after 3 days. Sales is king (unless #'s aren't made, which is reasonable) and other depts are merely peons with no real authority or input.
