Pros
Nicely renovated building, free mediocre coffee, on-site cafe and gym. Most co-workers are friendly and helpful.
Cons
Turnover is extremely high and micromanagement is rampant. Supervisor gives inconsistent direction that conflicts with what is observed. Unorganized training that amounts to 2-3 days of observation then you are expected to hit the ground running no questions asked. Asking questions for clarification of best practices will be misconstrued as criticism or that you're trying to change how they operate.
