Pros
Pay is good, bathroom is clean, some people are genuinely nice.
Cons
-High demand work with inadequate amount of employees. -New employees are not trained efficientantly and are expected to make unrealistic goals in a matter of days after being "signed-off" on training record. -Supervisors with little to no communications skills and bad work ethics. -Numbers are more important than quality. -Morale on the manufacturing floor is very low and management just turns the other cheek or chooses not to recognize it.
