Pros
3 weeks of training for one device that does one thing.
Cons
Bunch of Pharma managers trying to teach device reps how to sell devices. Good first device job but that’s it. Rarely see anyone stay more than 3 years. There’s 2 types of doctors, those that have used it and hate it and those that haven’t tried it yet.
