Pros

ZOLL had a very open structure for the engineers working on the LifeVest. There was a lot of cross-pollination of ideas and work. The people were friendly, and the company had good health initiatives and cared for the workers. The building was also gorgeous and a fun place to work.

Cons

Salary was competitive, but not as high as some other companies in the area. The team also had instances in which they did not highly respect the time of its employees, creating long hours.

Pros

Great place to work except for Tech Support. On-Site Gym 1 hour lunch Great if you're a Woman

Cons

My personal experience at technical support after 4 years of being told that I am an exceptional employee and being capped from raises was nothing but negative. It led to nothing but weekly one-on-ones with the goal posts being moved week after week. The writing on the wall was clear that they wanted me out. ZOLL began only hiring temporary employees only and systematically began getting rid of direct hire employees who had met capped raises. I ensured I left with a severance and qualified for unemployment.
