      New Heart Failure Monitor to promote in the Cardiac Diagnostic Division

      Cons

      People leading the cardiac diagnostic division have not idea what they are doing. They promote the wrong people to management positions that have no experience in diagnostics. No marketing behind product. Do not interact with experience sales professionals to get opinions. My manager was a hatchet man for the company and was accused of harassing female employees and nothing done by HR.

      Base pay is decent but that’s about it

      Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
