      everything else no time and a half for working holidays and management has little to no experience and they also suffer from poor or lack of communication

      Base pay is decent but that’s about it

      Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
