Never ending overtime, underappreciation of skilled workers, high turnover, constantly being rushed to hit numbers, feeling rushed to train new people, toxic and political management who always blame either another manager or the workers and never take responsibility for anything. They're just trying to flip as many devices as possible for money and don't care how it gets done while higher ups invent pointless work for themselves to look busy so they don't have to deal with real problems. Underskilled workers building life saving medical devices under pressure for numbers and burnt out on overtime... sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
