Pros
Paid holidays, PTO, paid sick time, many different shifts to choose from, they provide time and a half with overtime hours
Cons
It currently seems like there is not enough staff in Tech Support position so there usually is VERY high call volume and not much breathing time in-between calls, there is also mandatory overtime each month or whenever targets are not met.
