Pros
The compensation package is competitive, and they regularly review salaries to ensure they are in line with industry standards. The benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans, is also quite good. They have forward-thinking when it comes to technology and innovation. They are quick to adopt new tools and software, which makes work efficient and enjoyable. Sometimes we can go to abroad free for annual or quarter events. While the company has many strengths, there is room for improvement in terms of diversity and inclusion initiatives. They have made progress, but more can be done to ensure a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
Cons
They offer flexible work hours and remote work options, which have been incredibly helpful, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic but sometimes as a workaholic (it's personal reason) I faced difficulty to find work-life balance due to my work always related to US team where the time zone is 12-hour difference to get faster follow-up if any issue or projects. It also takes almost a year and a half to find new finance team member where I was in charge which I know it because of headcount schedule and country revenue at that time was not sufficient enough to hire new headcount.
