Company Benefits don't outweigh Toxic Culture - Administration ZOLL Medical Employee Review

Toxic culture, poor increases per year, little growth opportunities unless your favored by leadership. Clear gaslighting of employees, and the VP of HR is a covert Narcissist. They habitually promote internal employees and won't pay them what the job is worth but will hire someone external for a higher wage into the same role. The company used to be one of the best around, but since COVID the culture never recovered.
