If you are an incompetent or lazy white guy who can befriend the right-wing management team this is the place for you.
Cons
Human Resources uses two sets of compensation surveys. One that shows high pay to calculate pay for white males and another older one with much lower salaries and benefits for women and especially minorities, Employment practices are based on gender and race. Minorities in particular have been fleeing this place in the last one year. Most do not stay past two years after figuring out what is really going on here.
