Pros
I think ZOLL is a great place to work. HR is great and really tries to help you if you’re having any issues. I also like all the Exec staff, Directors, and Management. There are some really helpful people in the San Jose office and all around I enjoy the vibe. The company has some great events also which has been very refreshing! You also get paid on each paycheck if you don’t use their medical benefits and that’s so cool.
Cons
I’ve heard from some employees that the healthcare plan they offer is trash. I’ve also heard although not seen it myself that if you’re not buddy buddy with upper management they can make things hard for you but again I have not experienced that myself. I have seen Favoritism those because There is an employee who should have been written up a few times but because she’s been here years and HR told the manager she can’t write the person up and that sucks :(
