Company is run by 3-4 white guys who are now best buds working together over last 10 plus years. Lots of cronyism and ridicule for anyone who challenges their bad money losing decisions or points out the outdated and warped culture. They also hide a lot of bad decisions from parent company in Japan and instead blame employees trying to do the right thing and get them fired. Do not complain about anything to anyone if you want to keep your job there. Key to getting ahead is to tell top layer how wonderful they are as they continue to party on company's dime and fool the Japanese about lackluster financial results.
