Company hides behind their good benefits as an excuse to pay their employees as little as possible, especially those in CS who do SO much for the company. They laid off 20% of their work force when pandemic hit, with promises to rehire those individuals, however none of the individuals were hired back when the company began rehiring. They also asked those employees to sign a waiver stating they wouldn’t pursue litigation against ZRT in exchange for keeping their health insurance another few months - which I am very sure is not legal however anyone they had laid off wouldn’t be in a position to pursue litigation regardless.
Crooks, not the good company they pretend to be.
