Pros

Strong brand name and decent pay

Cons

My washroom breaks were tracked even tho i had UTI. I was threatened to be escorted by the security if i didn’t resign. Took my phone away while i had a panic attack and didn’t even let me talk to my family A year ago, I joined ZS Associates as a fresher, excited to start my career. Within 15 days, I was accused of saying things I maintain I never said and was asked to leave. I was never shown any evidence, never felt I got a fair chance to defend myself, and was pressured to resign during one of the most overwhelming moments of my life. I was 22, fresh out of college, and completely unprepared for a situation where all the power felt stacked against me. A year later, what stays with me isn’t the loss of a job. It’s the loss of confidence and trust that came with it. Sometimes a corporate decision is just another case file. For the employee, it can become a memory they carry for years.

Pros

Strong culture and collaborative environment with smart, supportive colleagues. Admins are trusted partners and get exposure to senior leadership, which provides great learning opportunities. Compensation and benefits are competitive compared to similar roles.

Cons

Workload can be high, with admins often supporting multiple stakeholders while also providing backup coverage. Expectations can vary widely depending on the team, which can create inconsistency and pressure. Career growth paths are less structured and require a lot of self-direction. Work-life balance can be challenging at times, especially across time zones.
