      Pros

      Good IT support - they provide latest laptops and hand-held devices, high speed internet reimbursement to ensure you work seamlessly after the office.

      Cons

      Mismanaged off-shore delivery model leads to long waiting time and affects work-life balance. In fact, for most there is no life left with work taking a toll on your health and life. Transportation issues have been persistent with employees facing difficulties with poor management. HR is controlled autocratically with ridiculous employee policies. The managers in India office are ineffective and there is very poor organizational health-check.
