- great young talent, very easy going and knowledgeable partners - no travel - good opportunity to advance if you're in the know - great training for first job - relaxed atmosphere

Cons

- very structured problem solving as oppose to open ended - heavily operation based and long timeline (could be staffed on an engagement for 12+ months) - passive-aggressive culture. need to be more explicit with expectations. - very restricted client base (sales/marketing group in pharma industry) - low level work
