Pros
People are generally nice...perhaps just for a few managers that think they are too good to speak to the "peasants". Although the CEO Frank is very nice and down to earth. That's about it for the pros.
Cons
workload is crazy and everything is needed to be done quickly as if a person could do three things at one time. company didn't hold any special company events so co-workers could talk and get to know each other better. A lot of people speak Chinese to each other making the non-Chinese speakers feel left out. It was very hard to understand emails due to grammar being horrible. The place gives out a depressing vibe. No room for growth...seems like they don't really promote within.
