Pros

Profitable industry. Pay Ok. Company is trying to hire people. Company is growing. Opportunities are there, but could be limited for non Asian people.

Cons

Management treats their employees very poorly. Vacation policy is bad and often times, they will not approve your request. HR team is a joke and takes all direction from management. No communication or business overview from management.

Pros

Great management while working autonomously, never had any issues as the culture was very rewarding without being overwhelming.

Cons

If you can't work well autonomously and be able to figure out what you need to do then probably not the best fit for the role.

Company offers ability to grow You can learn a lot if you seek it out

Cons

Contract work Mid to upper managment dont care about work life balance at all. As in dont blink an eye at 20+hr days for weeks on end.
