Low pay and no opportunities to grow - Engineering ZT Systems Employee Review

Managers are extremely political and treat employees like slaves, with absolutely no respect. If you want to grow your career, look some where else. They expect you to stay at your position forever with zero chance of being promoted as they tend to hire managers from outside. I agree with most of other comments here that HR tends to be very manipulative, they do not reveal everything when hiring. There is absolutely no benefits, no company culture, minimal vacation, and the pay is extremely low compared to market rates. The entire company is also full of secrets and no information is reveal to employees. You are expected to do just what you are told and no questions ask. Managers do not know how to manage, and think they are superior than other people.
