Thank you for your feedback regarding our hiring practices at ZYNP. We want to clarify that while we do hire some individuals that work in the warehouse through staffing companies, those employees remain under the employment of the staffing agency and not ZYNP. Consequently, these employees receive their benefits through their staffing employer, and ZYNP is legally unable to provide benefits directly to them. It's also important to note that the perception that we do not hire staffing employees as permanent team members is not accurate. We have successfully transitioned many staffing employees to direct hires. While we do not have a specific timeframe for this process, we prioritize considering our staffing employees for permanent roles.
