The details you provided about vesting for the 401k are not accurate. Employees keep 100% of what they contribute from their payroll to their 401(k) accounts from day one. Additionally, if you contribute 5%, we match 4%. We give the accurate full details to our employees, and they are always located on the shared drive. Our vesting schedule is for the match portion only and is as follows: after one year, you keep 33% of the match; after two years, you keep 66% of the match; and after three years, you keep 100% of the match. This is a very common matching schedule for corporations. Regarding our leadership structure, we do not have a CEO and did not have one when you were employed here. Our current COO and President actively communicate with all employees, and maintain an open-door policy, welcoming discussions with anyone at any time. They are well liked by the current employees. Monday staff meetings are a vital part of our company culture, as they help bring our teams together in one location and provide a platform for announcements and celebrating each other's achievements.
