*Flexible working hours *Catered lunch, twice a week *Office space is well designed and modern with a great view of SF Bay
Cons
*This used to be a nice place to build great products that used to start with a vision, lot of autonomy to build towards that vision and with a good combination of research, validation, technology and agile processes *Product Managers and Engineers are given 'tickets' to complete, a pretty lame top down approach *Lack of product vision, leadership and experience *Things have gone downhill after the acquisition by Realogy
