Pros
The informal company motto is "make customers ridiculously happy", which would be trite at some other companies. Not at Zapproved. The best part of working here is the amazing dedication to keeping customers happy while building a sustainable growth business. It isn't easy, but the results are worth it. The products from Zapproved are making a positive difference in the legal system, and the engineers here are pushing the limits of the technology to do it. Overall, a very cool place to work. Oh, and I love the office location.
Cons
If you thrive on having a predictable, well-understood queue of work from day to day this probably isn't a great place. Also not great if you're too into following the herd versus solving problems for people.
