We strive to create an atmosphere where everyone can grow, such as through our efforts that you called out around our investment in creating a diverse and equitable community and growing early-stage talent. Seeing that you are a former employee, I believe we are actively addressing many of the concerns you raised. We have built a stronger organization -- both in terms of people and systems -- that is maturing how we share knowledge and help people learn and advance their careers.
