Pros
You get a paycheck. You may never see a raise and the bonus you are told about may only come in at 25% because no one can make the numbers consistently, but you will get a paycheck.
Cons
We use sub-par technical solutions like Gmail and when you point out it's many corporate failures, you will be told IT is aware but the CEO loves Gmail so it has to stay. Perhaps our quarterly bonus numbers would be higher if the CEO paid less attention to this type of thing and focused on better running the company. You will never be listened to by your management. You will constantly hear "maybe this isn't the place for you" on CEO conference calls when suggesting alternative ideas. The work from home policy is over even though for years it was put out there as one of the employee perks. Maybe the free coffee and parking will go next. Bring your own toilet paper can't be far behind.
