Pros

The team I work with. Spectacular individuals!!!

Cons

Were do I start? I have been here for 6 years and have seen a huge downfall in this company! We used to get awesome bonus's and time at home with our family's. Fast forward to present day everything has gotten bad! We get maybe $150 in bonus not were it used to be $1000, but we do get RSU's but you get them in 15 months as long as you dont get fired or quit. Family life is a thing of the past at ZAYO. I myself work 60 to 70 ours a week. I'm on call once a month and they will wake you at all times of the night to make you drive 70 miles 1 way for nothing. Now we are told we cant take time off at the end of the month and that its a must to work into the night and over the weekend to make end of month goals that we are never going to reach. Everyone is quick to escalate on everyone which makes no since at all. No one is happy here anymore. Ive seen this place tear apart marriages because of all the working at night and the weekends.

Pros

Excellent sales enablement, tools, and internal support. Leadership has done a good job creating an environment where Enterprise Account Executives can focus on selling instead of getting bogged down by administrative tasks. CRM data is clean, processes are organized, and responsibilities between Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management are clearly defined. It’s refreshing to work for a company that invests in the systems and structure needed to help its sales teams succeed.

Cons

Ongoing integration efforts following the Crown Castle Fiber acquisition mean some processes and systems are still evolving. As with most enterprise sales roles, building pipeline requires significant self-sourcing and prospecting across a large territory. The product portfolio is extensive, which creates a bit of a learning curve for new hires but also provides opportunities to solve complex customer challenges.
